UNHCR

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, launched a new global campaign entitled ‘Hope Away from Home’ created by &CO calling for renewed solidarity and firm commitments from States to uphold the rights of people seeking safety from war, violence and persecution. My task was to design a one-page campaign website where visitors can sign a pledge to support.

One-Page Campaign Website

The purpose of the campaign website is to raise awareness on the right to seek asylum and generate sign ups to the pledge and show support. When a campaign ad is getting shared on social media there has to be a site to back it up.

The campaign was global so I made a design that can easily support both English, French and Arabic. Due to to technical difficulties on the client side the website was never launched and an existing landing page from UNHCR was used instead.

Modules

The page is module based so each UNHCR country can customize and optimize the website for their local needs and wishes. Some might want to add more images, video or other content to the site.
